Experiencing pregnancy can differ from one woman to another. Some of us experience morning sickness, pre-eclampsia, pelvic pain, as well as back ache, migraines, the list can go on! Other’s breeze through pregnancy (how I envy you that do!)

To combat some of the aches and pains, and to just enjoy pregnancy and your wellbeing, massage and yoga can have great benefits. It can reduce stress, alleviate pains, anxiety and help with more restful sleep, amongst other benefits such as helping your breathing throughout labour.

Even after birth, you can continue enjoying time with your new baby and attend baby massage classes, (which I did with my baby’s when they were a few weeks old), to have that bonding and gentle processes to help baby settle is a lovely time and which you can both enjoy!

There are so many benefits to each of these prenatal and postnatal care. Do seek out fully qualified practitioner in your areas if you would like to find out more about pregnancy yoga.
